Japan helps build school in Thai Binh

Japanese Ambassador Mitsuo Sakaba on September 30 signed a contract of non-refundable aid to build a junior high school in Thai Thuy district, northern Thai Binh province during his visit to the locality.

The new school, estimated to cost 80,000 USD, will include a 2-storey building with 10 rooms, on a total area of 600 sq.m. It is expected to provide classrooms for 440 pupils in Thuy Thanh commune.-
